Congratulations to Nursing PhD student Britney Benoit, this year’s recipient of the Faculty of Health Professions Graduate Student Excellence in Research Award.

Launched earlier this month, The Health Institute is off to a great start. There are still opportunities to get involved, with a number of non-credit courses currently accepting students and public events on offer.

An interprofessional team from the Faculty of Health Professions, funded by an NSHRF Catalyst Award, recently offered Participatory Action Research Training sessions for researchers and community partners.

Nursing's Margot Latimer and the team at the Aboriginal Children's Hurt and Healing Initiative are leading the Aboriginal stream of the nationally funded Chronic Pain Network.
