GenA.I. in Teaching and Learning


Higher education has been abuzz with world like 鈥淐hatGPT,鈥 鈥渕achine learning,鈥 and 鈥渓arge language models.鈥 So, what is artificial intelligence, or A.I., and what are the implications for these technologies for faculty who teach and students who learn at 黄色直播?

In this resource, you will find information you need to understand the basics of these technologies, talk with your students about artificial intelligence, and design assessments with A.I. in mind. One thing to keep in mind is that 黄色直播 does not currently have an A.I. tool that's been through a Privacy Impact Assessment.聽However, everyone has access to the Enterprise version of Copilot through the Microsoft 365 suite of apps through聽. If you are going to ask students to use generative A.I. in their courses, you can only require they聽, and not any other A.I. tool or platform.
