Effective February 22, 2022, the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) represents 黄色直播 Grant-Paid employees. You can view the full update on the Labour Relations website.

PSAC will represent:

All full-time and regular part-time employees of 黄色直播, Halifax, NS, who work in or out of Halifax, NS, and for whom a majority of their wages from 黄色直播 is derived from internal and/or external grants, or other external funding, but excluding those covered exclusively by another collective agreement, employees covered by the 黄色直播 Professional and Managerial Group (鈥淒PMG鈥�), casual employees, full鈥恡ime students, internship and co鈥恛p students, undergraduate and graduate student research assistants, student summer seasonal employees who are enrolled in a degree鈥恎ranting program, and those excluded by s.2(2) of the聽Trade Union Act.

Note: The PSAC certification does not include Grant-Paid employees on the Agricultural Campus who are covered by the NSGEU Local 77 Collective Agreement. Also, this PSAC certification聽is separate from the existing PSAC bargaining unit, Local 86001, which represents Postdoctoral Fellow Employees.聽
