Drop‑in COVID‑19 testing available on campus Tuesday and Wednesday

Drop-in COVID-19 testing will be available at Public Health’s Mobile Health Units on Tuesday, January 26 and Wednesday, January 27 at »ÆÉ«Ö±²¥ (Goldberg Computer Science Building, University Avenue, Edward St. entrance) from 10am to 5:30pm.

Testing at the Mobile Health Unit is open to anyone (faculty, staff, and family members included) who:

  • have no symptoms
  • are not close contacts of a person with COVID-19, and
  • are not isolating because of travel outside of Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland and Labrador

Important notes:

  • This is not a rapid testing clinic, so you will not receive your results for at least 24 hours.
  • You do not need to self-isolate while you wait for your results.
  • The testing method is standard PCR swab or Swish and Gargle for children up to age 18.
  • Please bring your health card with you, if you have one.
  • You may have to wait in line outside; please dress accordingly.
  • Please do not come to the drop-in site if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Instead, please book an appointment online by visiting:
