Nan's Path

I’ve had placements as a senior fish technician in the aquaculture industry, as a research assistant in a phytoplankton lab and in the zebrafish core facility. My placements have opened many doors, including the honours project I’ve developed with my second placement supervisor.

Jamie's Path

I chose DISP because I knew I was interested in science, but I wasn’t sure which area I wanted to complete a degree in. The biggest benefit I received from DISP was the experience gained from the research project. I worked in the Dahn Lab researching electrolyte additives for lithium-ion batteries.
