Marilin Pe帽a Pupo

Marilin was born in Cuba. She has graduated from University of Havana with a Bachelor of French Language.
She has worked for 13 years as a consular assistant in the Consulate of Canada Guardalavaca, located in Guardalavaca beach, a popular tourist destination in Cuba.
Marilin then moved to Halifax in 2022 with part of her family -her adult children, Susana and Pedro Pablo. Her husband, Luis, will join them soon.
Marilin started working at Dal in November 2023 as the Economics Department Secretary. This is her first permanent job in Halifax. She plans to continue working and developing new skills in this position and she loves to somehow contribute to the education of others.
She also enjoys reading, visiting museums and discovering new places.
