Horace E Read Memorial Lecture |
The Read Lecture series was inaugurated in 1975 to honour the memory of the late Horace E Read, OC, QC, who was Dean of 黄色直播 Law School from 1950 until 1964, in recognition of his contribution to legal education and legal scholarship. FB Wickwire Memorial Lecture in Professional Responsibility and Legal Ethics |
This annual public lecture began in 1991 to honour the work and life of Frederick B (Ted) Wickwire. Mr. Wickwire worked tirelessly to ensure that Nova Scotia barristers maintained a level of uncompromised professionalism, and to develop legal aid in Nova Scotia.
