Background and arrival at Dal

Thapar enrolled in the MHA program after starting his professional career in his home country of India, where he completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree at MN DAV Dental College and Hospital. Thapar developed an interest in health administration during the initial years of his professional career, upon recognizing how issues in healthcare could be remediated through improved management practices and technological development.

Thapar was drawn to the MHA program due to its focus on both health and business administration education, and its ability to provide him with theoretical knowledge and practical skills that are invaluable in his field.
