BEDS & M.Arch Courses

BEDS is a senior undergraduate program preceded by at least two years of university studies in other subjects. It consists of two years of mandatory architecture courses in design, representation, humanities, technology, and professional practice, plus a four-month co-op work term. It concludes at the end of the winter term, in April. BEDS graduates then may be admitted to the MArch program.

The two-year Master of Architecture program begins in the summer term (early May). Students select core courses in design, humanities, and technology, plus an elective. The program also includes an eight-month co-op work term and a design thesis supervised by a faculty member.
