From Academia to Agriculture: Former PhD student and supervisor launch innovative vertical farming venture听 Dr. Ernest Korankye and Dr. Raj Lada are blending science, entrepreneurship, and sustainability with their new venture, VerFa, revolutionizing microgreens production while tackling food security and nutrition.

Student led food security programs boosted by record setting fundraiser听 Post-secondary schools across Nova Scotia stepped up in a big way on Giving Tuesday, raising $343,000 to address student food security.

Class of '59 fund enhances Veterinary Technology Education听 Vet Tech students were the recent benefactors of the Class of 鈥�59 Teaching & Development Fund. Newly purchased advanced clinical simulators are helping students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and hands-on animal care.
