The Centre for Learning and Teaching Grants are designed to support and reward great teaching practice across our community. Faculty and staff members are invited to collaborate with the CLT on the development of proposals for projects which will enhance the learning experiences of students in any year of study. Â

2024-25 Grant Submission Deadlines
Anne Marie Ryan Teaching and Learning Enhancement Grant
Grants up to $3,000 may be awarded to each project. Closes November 12, 2024.
Change One Thing Challenge
One grant of up to $1,000 to support attendance of a teaching and learning conference. Closes January 20, 2025.
K. Lynn Taylor Educational Conference Presentation Travel Grant
Two grants of up to $1,000 each are available. Closes January 20, 2025.
Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Grants
Grants up to $3,000 may be awarded to each project. Closes November 4, 2024.
Science Case Studies Grant
One grant of $1,000 is available. Closes November 18, 2024.

CLT Teaching and Learning Grant Showcase
Friday, October 4, 10:30 a.m.–3 p.m., Killam Library, Room B400
Join us for some round-table style sessions hosted by recipients of the CLT’s Teaching and Learning grants. This showcase will feature exciting and innovative teaching and learning projects happening at »ÆÉ«Ö±²¥, as well as provide some insight into the kinds of projects our grants can fund.
Collaborative Grant Writing Session

Working on a CLT grant application? Join us for a collaborative writing session! Get tips from previous grant recipients, and then work together with others to write, brainstorm, ask questions, and get feedback about your grant application.
