The Life Sciences Centre (LSC) is undergoing critical maintenance to upgrade electrical infrastructure. This work will involve a series of power outages between now and spring of 2025. The next shutdown is scheduled for this Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 6 a.m. until midnight.

Facilities Management will be shutting off steam to buildings west of Seymour Street from 6–7 a.m. on Friday, October 11 for essential maintenance. During this brief period, steam will not be available to provide heat or hot water to showers / washrooms and certain other processes.
