All transactions for the April Statement are due by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.
This will include transactions processed between March 4 and April 3.

This is your final 2023-2024 P-Card statement, please note the following timelines:
听Reduce year end pressure and鈥�
- Reconcile and upload receipts before the 鈥淪tatement Available鈥� date (charges appear 2-3 business days after transaction).
- Avoid charges to your default account by reconciling right away.
听Please note:
- April 1鈥� 3听charges may not process before April 4听(due to supplier to bank processing).
- Charges which don鈥檛 make it by April 4听will appear on your May statement.
- April P-Card statements will appear on your final 2023/2024 financial reports (but won鈥檛 make the first Banner cut-off).
