A special Yoga program for Dal employees only. This is inclusive Yoga, suitable for all employees regardless of fitness level or prior yoga experience. Yoga can help alleviate stress while improving posture, strength and flexibility. Yoga at midday will leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated, ready for whatever the rest of the day brings. While there are mats available in the studio, we recommend you bring your own mat.
