Among the 64 recommendations, Dr. Clairmont urges hiring a full-time public safety co-ordinator, improving race relations and broadening the responsibilities of Halifax鈥檚 police forces as the first steps to curb violent crime.
What do you think needs to be done to make people in Halifax feel safe? Should the recommendations of the report be a priority for city council?
