Applications are invited for one probationary tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor rank in the Department of Economics, »ÆÉ«Ö±²¥, commencing July 1, 2020. This position will require teaching and supervision at the undergraduate and graduate, including PhD, levels, and research leading to peer-reviewed publications. Outstanding candidates in any field of economics will be considered. Candidates must have a completed or almost completed PhD., and have a strong commitment to research and teaching.
Interested candidates should apply online at including a full curriculum vitae, a statement of research and teaching interests, sample research papers, and teaching evaluations, if any. Please arrange to have three referees submit letters of evaluation. Applicants must also include a completed self-identification questionnaire which is available at www.dal.ca/becounted/selfid. The closing date for applications is November 25, 2019. The position is subject to budgetary approval.
