POSITION:ÌýÌý Marker – 2 positions available[Sept-Dec 2019]

DEPARTMENT/LOCATION:ÌýÌý ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Environmental Sciences Department, Agricultural Campus, Truro

PAY RATE:Ìý ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý As per CUPE collective agreement

WORK ASSIGNMENT:Ìý The marker will assist with grading related to Organic Chemistry, CHMA2000

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Grade laboratory reports and assignments associated with CHMA2000, Organic Chemistry

2.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Return graded reports/assignments in a timely fashion, maximum 6 days

REQUIREMNTS OF POSITIONS:

To have experience in marking. To have a good academic record.Ìý To have completed a science degree with a strong background in chemistry OR be in the third or fourth year of a science degree with an A- or better in chemistry.Ìý To be well organized.Ìý To be an independent worker. To be responsible. To be able to maintain confidentiality.
