Global Affairs Canada has launched the 2025-2026 Faculty Mobility for Partnership Building Program (FMPBP) competition. This program offers grants to faculty members to teach and/or conduct research in Latin America and the Caribbean for a period of 3-to-8 weeks. The primary objective of the program is to create new agreements with host institutions and/or strengthen existing agreements.
Eligibility
Applicants must be full-time faculty at a Canadian post-secondary institution.
The host institution must be located in an .
Funding
Maximum of $7,000 for a period of 3 to 8 weeks to teach and/or conduct research in eligible countries.
The Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) administers this program on behalf of Global Affairs Canada.
