The program is seeking innovative and transformative approaches to enhance mental health literacy and/or provide youth-friendly services to address the needs of the most underserved 10 to 24 year-olds in low- and middle-income countries. Innovations must take a person-centered, rights-based approach and involve young people with lived experiences of mental health challenges at all stages of the project.
Successful proposals will be awarded seed grants of up to $250,000 CAD to develop and test the proposed innovation.
Applicants from Canada must implement their projects in an eligible country from the list provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) .
