Mitacs Globalink Research Awards help faculty and students at Canadian universities deepen the research links between Canadian and international educational institutions. »ÆÉ«Ö±²¥ faculty in any discipline may submit applications on behalf of their senior undergraduate or graduate students. Awards of $5,000 or more will be made to students in support of 12- to 24-week research projects at universities in France, through three programs with INRIA institutions, the Sorbonne Universities, and Campus France.

Any »ÆÉ«Ö±²¥ faculty member interested in these opportunities is asked to contact Jennifer Morawiecki in International Research & Development for more information and support in developing an application, and to facilitate the necessary institutional signatures.
Note that »ÆÉ«Ö±²¥ has established an internal application process for these awards, and applications are currently being accepted for student placements in autumn 2015.
